Refund policy

We want you to pay only for something that helps you. Here is how refunds work.

Reserving is free

Reserving a place costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

7-day refund

If you pay for a pack, pass or founding membership and you're not happy, ask within 7 days of paying and we will refund you in full. No long explanations needed.

If we are late

When you buy, we tell you the date each pack will be released. If a pack you paid for is not released by that date, you can ask for a full refund of that pack at any time after the date.

How to ask

Email kobengbrempong@gmail.com with the phone number you paid with. We start the refund within 2 working days, back to the same mobile money wallet or card through Paystack. Your provider may take a few more days to show it.

Squads

For a Squad of 5, the person who paid can ask for a refund of seats whose invite codes have not been used.
