Privacy notice

Last updated 18 October 2026

Ghana Bar Coach is an independent study companion run by Kwame Brempong in Ghana. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Questions or requests: kobengbrempong@gmail.com.

What we collect when you reserve a place

We do not ask for anything else, and we never ask for payment details on this page.

Visit counts

To see how many people visit and reserve, the site records anonymous events (a visit, starting the form, tapping share) against a random number that lives only in your browser tab. We do not use cookies or any third-party tracker, and these counts are not linked to your name. They are deleted after 90 days.

To stop abuse, the server briefly uses your internet (IP) address to limit how many times a connection can submit the form. That record is deleted automatically within about two hours.

Why we use it

We never sell your data, and we don't share it with your school, the GLC or anyone else.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with Amazon Web Services in London, United Kingdom, protected by access controls and encryption. Only Kwame Brempong can see reservation details. When we add payments, Paystack will process them. Some later features use AI services that may process data outside Ghana and the UK; we will update this notice before any of them use your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your reservation until 12 months after Pack 1 is released, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Email kobengbrempong@gmail.com from the email or WhatsApp number you used and we will act within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update the date above and tell you before any new use of your data.
